ICAP is acclaimed for having the broadest coverage available to Iowa public entities.

From the point of its inception in 1986, the Pool has provided casualty coverage, beginning with general liability and automobility.  

ICAP has since expanded its portfolio to include a number of other lines of coverage, including:
