LEGAL UPDATES

In recent months, ICAP has received more and more requests for Case Law & Legislative Update sessions. The Pool began offering these sessions in 2022, To provide for these requests, ICAP has contracted the team at Hopkins & Huebner, P.C. to offer quarterly updates to all member agencies.

These updates will focus on case law updates and (new and potential) changes to legislation, as well as potential implications for Iowa municipalities.

The sessions will be hosted live, via Zoom, per the schedule below. Members will be able to engage with the attorneys and ask questions, where applicable; any entity requiring further assistance can communicate with Hopkins & Huebner through our monthly policy update sessions and/or through ICAP Legal Access.
