Personal information such as your name, email address, billing information, etc. is collected, used and stored only when it is provided to us via an online form, web-based payment and/or request for or utilization of login credentials.  Collected information is shared with - and stored by - third parties, including affiliates and partner organizations, only when the completed form or online usage pertains directly to them and/or a resource they manage.  Please note we are not responsible for any third-party websites you enter via the ICAP website.  We recommend reading the privacy statement(s) for a third-party website very carefully, as they are responsible for how their cookies work and how data collected through their website(s) is processed.

It's important to note we never sell your information, nor do we provide it to others for purpose of marketing or advertisements.  Any information submitted or secured through the ICAP website is used solely to enhance and ascertain your experience working with the Pool.

We work diligently to make sure any information submitted through the ICAP website is secure.  We do this because we take your privacy very seriously, and so should you.
